Opening Hours

Sales Centres are now open Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am - 4pm.
We'll respond to your enquiry as soon as we possibly can.

Order Ahead!

To ensure you always have the supply of fuel you need, we recommend that you place your order well in advance of your desired delivery date. This is especially important at peak times such as Christmas or when a cold spell has been forecast.

When you are ready to place an order for your fuel:

• Tell us which home heating oil product you would like Kerosene or  Glowmax
• How much you would like, in litres (minimum order is 500 litres)
• You will need to have a Debit or Credit card with you, as new customers need either to pay for all of their oil up-front or pay half up front and the rest by our Simple Pay Direct Debit payment plan.
• We will run through a short questionnaire to check that it is safe to deliver to you. For example, we will not deliver to sites where our driver would need to take the hose through the house or where there are loose animals. Our drivers assess each site for risks before making a fuel delivery too.

When you receive your delivery of oil for your home, you will receive a delivery note which will confirm the type of fuel and the exact amount our driver has delivered. Also, after your first BUTLER FUELS fuel delivery, you will receive a Welcome Pack from us to thank you for your order and to tell you about some of the additional services we offer.
